Job Description:

• Draft and review the legal contract of the company in both Thai and English language
• Provide legal advice and services to various departments of the company
• Follow up and review the work hired by an outside law firm in case of need for outside legal advisory service.
• Coordinate with government agencies or other relevant agencies. To work on the legal work of the company and affiliate

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree  and Master’s Degree in Business  Law 
• 1-2 years experience in Legal 
• Knowledge of Business law
• Experience in drafting and issuing legal contract for any corporate firm (Both Public Company Limited and Limited company)

English should be equal to TOEIC 600+
